Amendment to EU Regulations on Microbiological Criteria for Foodstuffs

The European Union have published an amendment to Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on Microbiological Criteria for Foodstuffs. The new amendment, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1441/2007, is dated 5th December 2007 and shall enter force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, i.e. 25th December 2007.

Most of the changes relate to Infant Formulae.
